Shipping Policy

After your order is placed it takes us about 2 days to hand-tune, sound test and prepare your drum for shipment. After it is shipped we will send you a message with the shipping information and tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective drum please contact us immediately at office@pentarrow.com we will arrange to replace the drum free of charge and will pay all shipping charges. In addition if you receive the drum and do not like it you can return it within 7 days for a full refund however you will be responsible for the return shipping and any damages that may occur.
